I translated an interview with Sho and Aiba from Nonno 2017 February, vol. 108 of the Arashi series. Nonno and Sho surprise Aiba with a birthday party! Sho and Aiba talk a little about their birthdays as a child, and we find out what Sho and Aiba gave the rest of Arashi for their birthdays in 2016.

Updated subs on 2019.02.04 with extra VTR and comment parts thanks to winkychan!

I subbed Arashi's talk and performance on Music Station 2019.02.01. They performed "Kimi no Uta" and "Kansha Kangeki Ame Arashi". Throughout the show, Arashi sometimes commented on the various VTR's. You'll get to see young Arashi performing, hear about Sailor Mars, see a young Jun being an MC (pre-Arashi), hear a story about how kind Aiba is, hear about Nino's love of Doraemon, and see Arashi on their 5th, 10th and 15th anniversary on Music Station.

I translated Sexy Zone's talk and Arashi's talk from Music Station Super Live 2018.12.21. Sexy Zone performed Karakuri Darake no Tenderness (without Sou), and Arashi performed Kimi no Uta, Natsu Hayate and Wish. Fuma shares a photo of his swollen face after he had his wisdom teeth removed, and Kame and Marius talk about their chance encounter. Arashi talk about what they did in 2018: Sho and Jun both share photos of when they went to Germany (Separately? Together? Who knows.), Ohno says he got his boat licence, and Nino and Aiba talk a bit about "8 ji da J".

I translated Sho's interview in Anan 2018.04.18 no. 2098. Sho talks about "Laplace's Witch", his attitude as an actor on set, and his pet peeves. I think we probably all share his biggest pet peeve!

Sou released a statement today on Johnny's Net that he will be taking a temporary break. You can read the announcement here in Japanese.

I've been watching Sexy Zone Channel lately, and Sou seemed so strong and confident in those early episodes. When I first read about the news on twitter, I thought it was fake. I hope Sou is able to get the rest and support he deserves.

I translated and subbed the last episode of Jun Style which aired on 2011.09.24. Jun shares stories from the past 9 years of the show. He talks about the time Arashi came on Jun Style, the time Ohno came on Jun Style, the exciting things he did while recording, and how he was able to do as he pleased in Jun Style. I highly recommend listening to this episode as you read it. Winkychan has kindly shared the episode (and a lot more) here. My favourite part is listening to a hyper 22 year old Ohno.

I came across the Monthly Arashi column vol. 175 from Monthly the Television with Sho and Aiba, and couldn't resist translating it. I did it kind of quickly and more liberally than usual, so please let me know if I've made any mistakes! In this column, Sho and Aiba get taught about etiquette and wearing kimonos, and they talk about gift giving. They also laugh a lot.

I translated Arashi's talk on Music Station 2018.10.19, where they performed "Kimi no Uta" and Daikichi (the dog from Boku to Shippo to Kagurazaka) made an appearance. Aiba talks about Chiba and concert goods, a surprising discovery is made about Sho, Jun reveals he loves Bump of Chicken, and Ohno talks about pets he used to own.

Please let me know if I've made any mistakes! I may have gotten the Sandwichman duo's lines swapped, I'm not 100% sure if it's Date or Tomizawa speaking if the camera isn't on them.
